Ingredients

1 ½ oz. gin
1 ½ oz. apricot nectar
Juice of ½ a lemon and peel for garnish
5 dashes orange bitters
¾ oz Luxardo liqueur
Splash of Prosecco white wine

Directions

Add all but champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass.
Top it off with a splash of the Prosecco. Garnish with lemon peel.
