Ingredients

2 oz vodka
1 ½ oz. pear nectar
½ oz blueberry syrup
½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 dashes peychaud bitters
Frozen blueberries

Directions

Combine all ingredients except frozen blueberries in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with blueberries.
