1 oz. vodka
1 oz. mango juice
1/4 oz St. Germaine
juice of 1/2 grapefruit
splash of champagne


Add all but champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass that has been rimmed with grapefruit peel. Top it off with a splash of the champagne. Garnish with the peel.
